岗位职责描述
Responsibilities:
1. Develop the business plan for strategic accounts and identify key targets and multiplier to achieve the established goals.
2. Adhere to corporate policy.
3. Extensive travel and meetings with local end users to develop new business and increase the company’s understanding of end user market conditions.
4. Develop customer relations through regular contact with customers and prompt courteous response to all inquiries via phone, fax or e-mail.
5. Full understanding of product lines and the application that each product serves.
6. Monitor customer sales performance and assist local sales teams in promoting sales.
7. Prepare a Weekly Business Report outlining business conditions within the territory including action to be taken to meet sales objectives.
8. Communication of competitive conditions and programs.
9. Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
10. Effective and professional communication within assigned team, division and with other department within the company.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of sales and experience.
3. Good English skill in both speaking and writing.
4. Customer Oriented.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Open-minded, problem-solving, proactive, reliable.
7. Highly initiative and self-motivation.
