岗位职责描述
1. Provide quality inspection guidance and direct assist quality inspectors in daily assignments.
2. Assist, train and advise inspectors and operators on proper inspection procedures and equipment operation;
3. Ensure that inspection & test data are recorded, filed and maintained. Perform data analysis, and generate summary reports.
4. Daily first roll inspection arrangement and check;
5. Daily B-grade and small roll review and disposition;
6. Internal quality issue reporting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions implementation and monitoring, effectiveness tracking;
7. Work with technical function to develop & implement quality plans and test & inspection procedures for new products;
8. Communicate the raw material quality issue with incoming inspection personnel and follow up with the progress.
9. Set up LPA planning and lead quality inspectors for proper LPA implementation, track with the corrective actions for LPA non-compliance items; Provide LPA performance on monthly basis.
10. Support customer visits, source inspections, and customer CA follow up.
11. Work out specific product quality standard (instruction) for every product & customer;
12. Performs gauge R&R, measurement variation, correlation and accuracy studies. Perform gauge calibration at specified intervals.
13. To be quality leader during new product prototype run stage, make sure the prototype run process compliance with the procedure;
14. Samples management and maintain;
15. Analyze the materials returned from customers. Prepares and issues the Quality Alert.
16. To provide technical quality training to production and relevant team member.
17. Participate Six Sigma GB training and conduct GB project to improve quality.
18. Quality inspector performance evaluation and provide quality data for operator’s performance evaluation.
19. Other job arranged by quality supervisor & manager.
