• Bachelor's degree at electric & mechanic field from full time university
• Quality control experience and quality tools knowledge.
• Fluent oral and written English and skill in computer.
• 3 years SQE work experience in textile industry.
• Good communication and cooperation
• Analyst ability
• Systematic
• Insist with the rule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Incoming inspection inspector job arrangement and management;
2. Incoming material inspection instruction preparation;
3. As the quality lead for new supplier qualification;
4. Work out annual supplier audit plan and follow for implementation strictly;
5. New material and outsource product qualification, and keep all FA records;
6. Feedback quality problems during incoming inspection and production to supplier, ask for root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions, follow with status;
7. Approved vendor list maintain;
8. Supplier qualification and dis-qualification process;
9. Supplier quality performance rating;
10. Deal with raw material return issue due to quality problem;
11. Provide training to incoming inspection inspector;
12. Supplier quality capacity development;
13. Other job assigned by quality leader.
