岗位职责描述
工作职责:
1.依据公司经营计划和总销售目标,拟订本部门或个人的工作目标与计划,并随时予以追踪控制,以便有效执行。
Draw up working target and plan of department or individual according to company's business plan and sales target, trace and control at all times for effective execution.
2.负责创立,设计和完善相应区域的销售网络。
Take responsibilities to set up, design and perfect related area's sales network.
3.负责收集、整理、归纳客户资料,对客户群进行透彻的分析, 建立健全销售档案(CRM)。
Take responsibilities to collect, sort and archive client's documents, analyze thoroughly our clients and build and perfect wholesome sales document.
4.积极拓展新客户和提升销售业绩,支持集团内部子公司之间的客户转移。
Develop new customers and improve sales performance, support customers transfer between company subsidiary.
5.搜集市场信息:a)市场动态 b)市场趋势 c)竞争者及其战略 d)机会及风险 并通报公司领导。
Collect market information and report to the company leadership: a) market dynamic b) market trend c) competitors and strategic d) opportunity and risk.
6.建议和执行增加市场份额和强化市场渗透的方案和计划。
Suggest and execute to increase market share and strengthen market penetration.
7.配合GKA的营销工作, 客观、及时的反映客户的意见和建议,不断完善工作。
Cooperate with the marketing of the GKA, reflect customers' opinions and suggestions objectively and timely, constantly improve own work.
岗位任职要求:
1:大专及以上学历,纺织工程相关专业。
2:有3年以上服装内饰、箱包内饰销售工作经验。
3:工作认真负责,忠诚可靠。
4:具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
5:英语四级,六级尤佳。
6:具有C驾照。
