岗位职责描述
Objectives:
1.To ensure a coordinating communication interface between sales management automotive and Amann Group internal departments with regard to the processing of Sales projects.
2. To ensure a transparent reporting structure regarding all project related activities in close cooperation with Sales Management automotive, the production plant in Yancheng, as well as with the Amann Group headquarters organization.
3.To support and handle all project related internal activities, including e.g. product sample preparation, colour submission, formal production part approval process,etc. in close cooperation with Sales Management automotive, the production plant inYancheng, the Amann Group headquarters organization, as well as with the customers.
Tasks:
1.Coordination of individual project activities together with internal departments(e.g. Research & Development, Quality Management, Logistices,defining priorities) at Yancheng as well as at the Amann Group headquarters organization.
2.Regular documentation of project activities in compliance with established Amann Group procedures / tools being in force.
3. Central monitoring of due-dates over project progress.
4.Defining priorities for the different project activities in cooperation with the Sales Management.
5.Regular reporiting of project activities in compliance with established headquarters reporting standarde(to be established).
6.Preparation and support of formal"production part approval process"in cooperation with Sals Management automotive,the Amann Group headquarters organization as well as the customers(to be implemented in Yancheng)
Requested:
1.2-3 years project management related experience in automotive induatry
2.University,good at English
3.Can use Microsoft office, Outlook,etc.skillfully
4.good communication and interpersonal skills,good sense of customer orientation.
