能力要求：
1. College degree or above in textile engineer;
2. 5-10 years’ experience in technical or process field;
3. Good Knowledge in textile or carding industry, especially in import-machine and import carding;
4. Open mind and good interpersonal skill;
5. Fluent oral and written English
6. Able to travel
7. 有大型棉纺厂前纺工艺，从事梳棉机工艺、维护等实际工作经验
