●Engineering degree with good technical skills工程相关专业,有良好的专业技能
●At least 8 years working experience in a machinery sales field dealing in the textiles processing.至少八年以上的纺织机械销售行业的相关经验
●At least 5 years working experience as key account manager in textile machinery manufacturing company至少5年在纺织机械制造公司的客户经理的工作经验
●Able to deal with decision makers, such as Owners CEO's Plant managers有能力和决策者沟通,如企业主首席执行官工厂经理
●Speak fluent English in writing and speaking英语写说流利
●Target focused做事专注
●Be able to work under pressure能承受压力
●Willing to travel extensively within China能在中国范围内出差
职责描述:
-Plan and execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target.
通过计划并执行销售活动来实施公司总体销售战略,发展新客户并实现预定的销售目标
-Lead sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
对公司的战略重要性的潜在客户开展销售活动;在拜访客户的过程中,能对客户决策,报告和合同谈判产生影响
-Monitors the market information of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques
监控竞争对手的产品的市场信息和服务,组织和评估他们的营销和销售技巧
-Coach sales personnel on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers; motivate team members and communicate with them about target setting, performance review and development plan
培训销售人员的产品知识,商业环境,程序等处理客户的必要的工作技能;激励团队成员并与他们沟通有关目标设定,绩效评估和发展计划
-Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problems areas; analyze reasons and work on solutions for making improvement

-Establishes distributors and key account relationships and ensures they are managed properly

-Communicate with management and other teams in the company to initiate discussion and give advice on problem & solutions, internal & external cooperation, promotion plan and process optimization

New project development analysis, expenses budget, developing schedule and plan controlling, report to GM about development starts of new product新项目开发的分析,费用预算,发展规划和规划控制,向总经理汇报关于新产品开发的进程
