In charge of the overall sales and service department's daily work. 全面负责售后服务部门的日常工作。

1、Be responsible for installation and commissioning of the machine.
负责机器的安装和试运转。
2、Be responsible to set up the customer service macro-strategy、policy and process.
负责客服部门宏观战略、制度及流程的制定;
3、Be responsible for daily management of the dept and the guidance、training and evaluation of the subordinates.
负责部门的日常管理工作及下属员工的指导、培训及评估;
4、Plan the overall performance indicators of the customer service dept, evaluate and control the budget.
客服部门整体业绩指标的规划以及预算的评估、控制;
5、Build customer service system platform and continuously optimize.
搭建客户服务系统平台,并不断优化;
6、Establish, maintain and improve the working standards and models of the customer service system.
建立、维护和改善客户服务体系的工作标准和模式;
7、Develop customer service quality standards, ensure customer service work follow the process and standard.
制定客户服务质量标准,保证客服工作流程化、标准化;
8、Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer's requirements.
定期整理搜集客户反馈,进行客户需求分析;
9、Make customer service plan to improve customer satisfaction.
制定客服计划以提高客户满意度。
10、Learn new product knowledge and continuously improve the overall service level of self and service team.
学习新产品知识,不断地提高自身及服务团队的整体服务水平。
