岗位职责描述
候选者基本要求Basic Requirements：
College Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or textile etc.
专科或本科学历，机械、纺织等专业
Experience in motivation, mentoring, problem solving
具激励、指导、问题解决等管理经验
Good time management and organization skills
良好的时间管理和组织协调能力
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
具精益生产知识
Good command of English
具有效的英文表达能力
Able to use PC based software: MS Office, SAP plus.
电脑办公软件使用熟练，具SAP 使用经验佳。
职责Responsibility：
Coordinating production activities in workshop with the supporting functions.
与相关部门合作，组织和协调开展车间各项生产活动；
Responsible for managing production, quality, delivery and safety.
负责车间的生产产量、产品质量、交付，及生产安全；
Responsible for training subordinates and developing the shift team leaders.
负责对下属的培训， 及班组长的能力提升；
Responsible for addressing and resolving employees, process, and quality issues in a timely manner.
负责及时发现和解决生产过程中发生的人员、工艺、质量等事务；
Driving Lean activities and achieving manufacturing business objectives of workshop.
推进车间内的精益生产活动，达成业务指标；
Complies with and supports the EHS programs, policies and procedures.
支持推进EHS活动，遵从执行环境、健康、安全的各项规定和流程。
注：此职位为即将新建项目的车间的主管。
