岗位职责描述
1.管理所有的污水处理工艺与操作，确保其符合当地的环境标准和规定。
Manages all the waste water treatment process and operations to ensure compliance with local environmental standards and requirements.
2.根据公司公用工程的标准作业程序和最好的工作措施，遵循安全、质量和环境标准，管理负责公用车间、设备或工艺维修的承包商。
Manages contractors for utility units, equipment or process maintenance in accordance with SNF China Engineering SOPs, best work practices, safety, quality and environmental standards.
3.处理公司公用工程车间、设备和工艺的所有故障问题，持续改进。
Handles all troubleshooting on Utilities units, equipment and process with continuous improvement.
4.管理公用工程其他人员，并向工程总监汇报。
Reports to Engineering director and manage other utility staff activities.
5.监督优先级的合法的公用工程压力容器维修操作，确保其符合当地及国家规定。
Supervises preemptive and legal maintenance operations on pressure vessel in utility department to ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
6.管理公用工程配件，保持安全库存。
Manages spare part for utility and keeps critical stock.
