岗位职责描述
Job Description:
1. Job arrangement of day-to-day work for instrumentation room staff
2. Training, assessment, and performance review of Instrumentation staff
3. In charge of instrument performance check, maintenance, troubleshooting and inform repairing if necessary
4. Manage usage and purchase of instrument consumables, Monitor gas usage, and notify ordering of gas
5. Check the QC report.
6. Monitor TAT and result accuracy for instrumentation (after receiving from sample pretreatment) with priority to issue on result due day, or agreed timeframe
7. Following the related CAR & CAP and solving the client complaint and enquiry.
8. Review results data and components need to conduct separate.
9. Ad hoc job that is assigned by superior
任职要求：
1、五年以上化学测行业内从业经验，三年以上的有机分析检测实验室管理经验；
2、熟悉纺织品、玩具、有害物质化学分析和仪器分析工作；熟悉纺织品、玩具、有害物质化学检测的相关要求；熟悉纺织品、玩具有害物质化学安全的相关法律法规和检测技术标准；
3. 熟悉ISO 17025，具有运用ISO 17025的管理经验
4、专业知识全面、工作能力强，有纺织品、玩具、有机化学检测工作协调处理及管理的经验，能指导并提高部门人员的专业技术水平；
5、有凝聚力、有组织能力，能创造和谐的同事关系，发现培养优秀的检测技术人员；
6、有良好的职业道德及强烈的责任心和敬业精神；
7. 流利的英文书面及口头沟通能力
