岗位职责描述

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for day to day technical, scientific and operational functioning of dye house lab.
-Develop and provide cost effective, technically correct and re-producible batch recipes to bulk production for RFT dyeing production.
-Prepare standard operation procedure for dye house lab.
-Lead dye house laboratory technicians team, maintain and utilize latest dye Lab equipment like Datacolor recipe management system, Technorama Lab dispensing & Exhaustion analyzer , etc
-Responsible to create and maintain database for Datacolour recipe management system.
-Selection and optimization of dyes, auxiliary chemicals and dyeing program.
-Incoming dyes and chemical auxiliaries’ inspection and quality control.
-Conduct dyed yarns performance testing.
-Assist research and development team for dyeing related development and document the various trails.
-Work with dye House production team to implement reproducibility to achieve RFT dyeing.
-Ensure safe working environment in laboratory.
Qualification:
-Graduate/post Graduate in Textile Engineering -Wet processing as a major
-Should have 5+ years of work experience in wool, silk, nylon dye and silk blend yarn dying mill’s lab, preferably in package dye house laboratory.
Required skills：
-Should have excellent visual and instrumental （spectral） color matching skills. Hands on experience of Datacolor / Macbeth color match and predict system.
-Good knowledge of metal complex, acid and reactive dyes class and auxiliary chemicals.
-Right first time dyeing experience would be added advantage.
-English speaking and should be able to work with foreigners.
