岗位职责描述
Critical accountability:
● Sell products to customers compliance with sales strategy and price, achieve the annual sales target;
● Take charge of the accounts receivable and ensure it is under control base on payment terms agreed by company ;
● Collect market information in time, includes customers and related information from competitors, and submit report to company;
● Deliver technical support and service to customers, maintain existing and explore new;
● Positive cooperate with company on new product/new project promote and marketing;
● Promote the image of company;
● Submit visiting reports and documents in time;
● Submit sales plan in time for raw materials purchase and manufacture in advance;
● Comply with confidential agreement, includes: product formulation and price;
● Comply with the company sales strategy; assist the sales manager, regional manager and other colleagues (including other colleagues work together).
Requirements for Job
● College above, working experiences textile printing and dyeing processing knowledge , eager learning about new product and knowledge ,willing to grow with company in long term;
● Strong leadership and good communication skills and analytically;
● Good team player and lead team to go forward aggressively
● Business acumen, customer orientated
● Good at self discipline and customer management, explore new opportunity and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
● Excellent in customer management
● Good in English and Chinese
