responsibilities:
• manage qa function to satisfy customer requirementdrive quality improvement
• responsible for all qaqc functions
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsiso standards
• manage new product approvalwork with customers on quality alignment upfront
• drive quality improvement to eliminate defects from productionoperation
• formulate quality planreliability test plan to meet product specificationcustomer requirement
• support product failure analysis for field returns, formulate correctivepreventive action
• drive supplier quality
• initiatefollow-up in department qa/qc associates continuous improvement.
requirements
1 - education - bachelor’s engineering degree, preferably from textile engineering discipline.
2 - work experience - at least 6 years of position experience both in garment manufacturingbuying office. overseas work experienceworked in swimwear/lingerie manufacture is advantageous.
3 - language - very fluent in english.
4 - preference - worked under a foreign environment, exposure to intelligent society, member of a professional institute/organization/social club.
5 - gender - male candidate with good personality prefer. if a female candidate, should be free of regular family commitments.
6 - age - around 36 years,
