PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责
- 明确工作目标, 带领团队完成年度销售额;
- 带领团队积极开拓市场,开发新客户, 同时与现有客户保持良好关系;
- 带领团队积极开发新供货商,与现有供货商保持良好关系,协助并参与供货商评定工作;
- 带领团队接洽定单, 与客户和供货商保持双向密切沟通,紧密跟进定单进程,随时处理突发事件,保证按时按量按质完成定单并结汇;
- 配合其他部门的工作,及时提供客户及市场信息,为新产品开发提供最新资讯;
- 上级主管指派的其他工作。
- Set up annual sales target, lead team to achieve the budget independently;
- Lead team to maintain good relationship with current customers, develop new market and customers resources;
- Lead team to maintain good relationship with current suppliers, develop new suppliers, assist on supplier evaluation work;
- Lead team to proceed order negotiation, keep close communication with buyers and suppliers on the order process, deal with emergencies that may cause, ensure order implement smoothly;
- Lead team to co-operate with other departments, share customer & updated market information, support new season development.

REQUIREMENT 资历要求
- 至少六年纺织服装领域工作经验,其中至少两年管理经验;
- 曾带领过团队制定销售目标并向着既定目标不懈努力;
- 在男女装梭织衬衫方面具备成熟的客户及供应商网络资源;
- 熟悉欧美市场梭织订单自样品开发到大货跟进的全套流程;
- 较强的领导力;
- 出色的沟通能力;
- 英文精通,听说读写流畅。
- Over 6 years merchandising experience in garment field, at least 2 years management experience;
- Strong in Woven/Knit for US and EU markets, from samples development till bulk production
follow up ;
- Abundant client and supplier resources;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
