任职资格
Requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,服装设计或服装工程专业
College Degree or above,majored in fashion design or garment engineering
2、10年以上服装企业版房工作经验; 具制版、批版能力
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in technique department of garment factories, can make and audit paper patterns
3、有服装生产企业手工排版经验,能制作、分析、审批排料图
Have experience of making hand-set marker in garment factories, can make, analyse and audit markers
4、能根据客户简图和尺寸表给比较精确的大货用料
Have ability of giving precise bulk consumption according to customer’s style sketches and measurement charts
5、熟悉服装生产工艺和流程,具备制作审批生产工艺单能力
Know garment production and procedure well, can make and audit the sheet of production direction-and-notice
6、熟悉服装面辅料知识;对印/绣花工艺、洗水工艺等服装制作各环节熟悉
Have decent knowledge of fabrics, accessories, prints, embroideries, washing and other garment production processes
7、沟通协调能力强,执行力强,具备较强的团队管理能力
Good ability of communication, coordination, executive force and team management
岗位职责Responsibilities:
1、落实和跟进制版进度
Make paper pattern schedules and their follow up
2、评版、审版,对制版质量把关,对版型工艺、尺寸确认的准确性负责
Check and audit paper patterns, be responsible for their quality and accuracy on measurements and fittings
3、指导、培训制版人员,不断提高制版技术
teach and train pattern makers to improve their skills of making paper patterns
4、核批排料人员的用料图
check and audit production markers
5、对纸样、排料人员进行绩效考核管理
make performance assessment of pattern makers and marker makers
6、跟采购部门及时沟通大货面料实际情况,并通知和指导排料和裁剪人员做相应处理 communicate with purchase department frequently to know actual fabric status, and inform and teach marker makers and cutting department to make adjustments accordingly
7、对裁剪和缝制部门进行沟通和指导,控制大货生产的实际用料
control real bulk consumption by giving directions and trainings to cutting department and sewing department
