岗位职责描述
1. 跟进公司订单;
2. 负责将订单数据录入ERP系统并生成PI和PO;
3. 与供应商联系,沟通,确定交货时间及产品质量;
4. 与公司内部沟通(CS/PD/QA等部门)确保产品生产及货期;
5. 处理ERP系统数据,制作报表进行审核及分析;
6. 完成部门主管交待的其他指定的工作。
1. Follow up Company orders;
2. Responsible for data entry into the ERP system to create PI & PO;
3. Liaise with suppliers for delivery schedule and product quality;
4. Communicate internally amongst CS, PD & QA departments, etc., to ensure a smooth production and delivery schedule;
5. Handle data input to ERP system, generate and prepare reports for regular review and analysis;
6. Responsible for other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.
任职资格 Qualifications
1. 大专或以上学历;
2. 熟练运用中、英文;
3. 2年以上服装或相关行业同等岗位工作经验;
4. 熟练运用办公软件,包括Words, Excel, PPT和Outlook等;
5. 工作积极上进,责任感强,很强的自我控制能力,工作热情,团队合作精神;
6. 能够独力完成工作,承受工作压力;
1. Hold college degree or above;
2. Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin.
3. With more than 2 years relevant experience in garment material purchasing.
4. Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office - Words, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook, etc
5. With positive and enterprising spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-control ability, high enthusiasm at work and strong teamwork spirit;
6. Have the ability to work independently and can withstand pressure.
