岗位职责描述
1.与供应商/工厂保持良好的沟通;
2.把控订单准时出货;
3.与公司内部客户服务部、研发部、质量控制等部门及时沟通,确保生产及交期;
4.负责制作部门周报表与月报表;
5.督导组员和部门的日常工作;
6.负责处理ERP系统的PI与PO及相关的文件处理工作;
7.完成部门经理交办的其他工作事项。
1. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers;
2. Control on time delivery;
3. Communicate internally amongst CS, PD & QA departments, etc., to ensure a smooth production and delivery schedule;
4. Responsible for departmental weekly/monthly reports;
5. Monitor subordinates and Dept. routine work;
6. Responsible for data entry into the ERP system to create PI & PO;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Qualifications任职资格
1. 大专以上学历;
2. 有跟单,服装,纺织或相关产品跟单经验;
3. 5年以上服装跟单经验,至少2年同等岗位工作经验;
4. 良好的中、英文、普通话基础;
5. 工作认真积极,有较强的责任心,主动性强,具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
1. College degree or above;
2. Training on Merchandising, Garments, Textile or related disciplines;
3. Minimum 5 years purchasing experience in garment manufacturing,at least 2 years equivalent position experience;
4. Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin;
5. Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal & communication skills.
