岗位职责描述
1. 完成日常销售报表(整理样品、大货订单数据)并进行管理、存档;
2. 协助部门安排样品订单备货,出货;
3. 协助销售员跟进客户,了解客户需求并及时做出回复;
4. 部门日常行政工作,包括办公室租赁合同,文具采购,快递管理等;
5. 部门经理指派的其他工作。
1. Complete sales daily reports to keep record and filing;
2. Assist Dept. for the sample order stock up and shipment;
3. Assist Sales to follow up and communicate with the customers, find out customer requirements and respond in time;
4. Handle department routine administration work like Office Lease Contract /Stationery /Express management etc;
5. Other related t job assigned by Manager.
任职资格Qualifications
1. 大专以上学历;
2. 2年以上相关工作经验,服装行业优先考虑;
3. 良好的英文读、写能力;
4. 精通办公软件包括Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook;
5. 沟通能力强,工作积极、认真;
6. 团队意识、责任感强,能够独力完成工作。
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 2 year related working experience; garment industry working experience is preferable;
3. Good read and written in English;
4. Proficient in computer operations including Words, Excel, PPT and Outlook;
5. Good communication and co-ordination skills, active and flexible at work;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, can be finished work alone;
