岗位职责描述
1. 负责开发新客户和寻找商业机会销售拉链;
2. 主导销售活动,实现所负责品牌的销售营业额和毛利目标;
3. 密切和国内的因业务之需合作的人员联系,满足客户需求,确保样品开发、价格、质量和交货;
4. 按照客户的要求,协调各部门确保拉链生产能准确和及时的进行;
5. 了解最新的潮流趋势,给予客户全新的想法和理念;
6. 挖掘有潜力的新客户和维持现有客户;
7. 提供报表以便管理审核之需要;
8. 上级安排的与部门工作相关的其他事宜。
1. Responsible for selling zippers by exploring new accounts and business opportunities;
2. Conduct sales activities and attain sales turnover and gross profit goals of the responsible Brands;
3. Work closely with internal counterparts to ensure the develop samples, pricing, quality and delivery are met with
customer’s requirements;
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure zippers are progressed accurately and in timely basis according to customers’ requirements;
5. Keep abreast of update trends and initiate new ideas to customer;
6. Prospect new potential customers and retain the existing customers;
7. Prepare reports and charts for management review;
8. Other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.
Qualifications任职资格
1. 大专或以上学历,接受过销售、市场等领域的专业培训;
2. 5-10年同等职位经验,具有拉链、服装行业经验者甚佳;
3. 较强的拉链行业与产品知识;
4. 敏锐,善于分析且根据公司战略达到销售目标,能将稳定的客源引进泰龙;
5. 竞争意识强烈,积极、主动、性格正直;
6. Excel、Work、PPT、Outlook运用熟练;
7. 英文读、写流利。
1. Associate degree or above with relevant training in sales and marketing or related;
2. 5-10 years Sales Manager experience, warmly welcome the excellent sales talent in Zipper or garments industry;
3. Rich professional knowledge in Zipper industry and products ;
4. Sales acumen, Analytical & strategic capabilities to approach market,can bring stable customers to Talon;
5. Competition Initiative, motivation and character integrity.
6. Good computer skills including Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook;
7. Good command in read and written English.
